Jay grew up as an Italian-American Catholic, where he attended a parochial elementary school, and served as an alter boy in his youth. He was the kid always raising his hand when the nuns were teaching religion … he had a lot of questions.

Most remained unanswered.

Jay’s inner journey broadened in the mid-1980s, when he bought a book about higher states of consciousness.  That led him on a decades-long journey, as he explored higher states of consciousness, and the many different techniques used to attain them.

The result is this website, and a very simple and effective approach for his clients.
